Schedule and packet pickup
Packet pickup is at Higgs Beach on Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. On race morning, chip pickup and bike check-in run from 6:30 to 7:30 am and transition closes at 8:00 am. The organizer asks athletes to arrive by 7:00 am.

The International race starts at 8:00 am, the Long Sprint and Aquabike at 8:15, the Duathlon at 8:20 and the Mini Triathlon at 8:30.
Course
The bike is 0.8 miles out, then 5.2 mile laps on South Roosevelt Blvd (one for the Mini, two for the Long Sprint, four for the International), then 0.8 miles back. The run is an out and back that turns at the first, second or third water station depending on the distance.
Awards
Awards are given by race between 10:20 and 11:20 am, starting with the Aquabike and ending with the International Triathlon.
Rules and FAQ
International athletes must start their last bike lap by 9:50 am and pass mile 2 of the run by 10:45 am. Athletes who miss a cutoff are sent toward the finish and may complete the race but are disqualified in the results.
