Schedule and packet pickup
Pickup is at the Lory State Park ranger station on Friday, June 11 from 5 to 7 pm; riding the course that evening needs a one day park pass. Race morning pickup at the transition area costs $10, bought with the entry. Bring photo ID, plus a USA Triathlon card if you are a member.

Athlete check-in runs from 5:15 to 6:40 am and transition closes at 6:55. The first wave starts at 7:00 am, with later waves every 5 to 8 minutes. Awards are at 9:15 am.
Course
Swim waves are seeded so the strongest mountain bikers reach the trails first, using the bike ability and swim time given at registration. A stand up paddleboard wave of up to 50 athletes covers the swim course by board instead; athletes bring their own. The first timers wave holds 50.
Rules and FAQ
Athletes must start the second bike lap within 1 hour 40 minutes of the last swim wave. Entry fees are not refunded. An entry can be moved to another Without Limits triathlon or to another athlete for a $10 fee if requested at least 30 days before the race.
