From the organizers
Heroes Games is a triathlon-style event designed to honor military, first responders, and emergency personnel, ages 14 and up. Help honor those who serve our communities while promoting fitness, teamwork, and overall wellness.
Participants will complete:
· A kayaking course through the North Fork Whitewater Park
· A 5K run
· A 10 ½ mile bike ride
Participate as a team or as an individual.
Teams require three participants:
· One kayaker
· One runner
· One cyclist
