Schedule and packet pickup
Race morning
Men's swim start is 7:30 am, duathlon 7:35, relays 8:00, women 8:05 and the youth triathlon 9:00. Athletes expecting to take over two hours can start at 7:15. No new bike laps after 9:15 for adults and 9:30 for youth.
Course
Swim
Swimmers start one at a time, 15 seconds apart, fastest first, and snake through all eight lanes twice for 400 m. Access is through the pool gate, not the community center building.
Shirt and medal
What you get
A long sleeve hoodie, a finisher medal and post race refreshments. Choosing no hoodie at registration takes $10 off individual entries.

Top three men and women overall and in five year age groups, top three boys and girls in the youth race, top three in Clydesdale, Athena, duathlon and aquabike, and the top relay team per category.
