Kick off your multi-sport season at the Cedar Creek Sprint Duathlon, one of Long Island’s favorite early-season races!

Held at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford, NY, this fast and fun event is the perfect opportunity to shake off the winter, test your legs, and get back into race mode.

Duathlon features a 1.1-mile run, 11-mile bike, and 1.1-mile run, making it a great race for seasoned multisport athletes looking for an early-season challenge AND anyone ready to try their first duathlon.
