The Goose Pond Island Frantic Frog Spring Sprint Triathlon returns to the Goose Pond Colony Resort, located in Scottsboro, Alabama on May 23rd, 2026. We have also added a Frantic Frog Fall Sprint on September 19th. Consider checking this one out as well.
We have added a 5k Run, for those that don't feel challenged to participate in the Triathlon. It will be the same course as the triathlon run portion. You won’t be required to have a USAT membership for the 5k.
We invite all to come enjoy the beauty and challenge awaiting in our host Northern Alabama venue!
