The Knight's Fury is an early autumn run/bike/run duathlon that takes place on the last Saturday of September at Mendon Ponds Park in Honeoye Falls, NY. The race has two distance options: the Formulae Unum (Formula One) and the Super Fury (Super Sprint). The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon.
